Pink honors student authors |

Pink Elementary recently honored some accomplished authors: the school’s students. During the fall semester, very Pink student took part in the creative process of creating a book. Students in Pre-K through 2nd grades worked on “class books,” with every child contributing to a classroom collection of stories and pictures. Students in grades 3-5 wrote and illustrated their own books. Every student at Pink received their own beautiful, hard-bound book. The students received one free copy of their book through the publishing company, Studentreasures, a division of Nationwide Learning, Inc. -30- Top Row- Aimee Rubin, Josue Robles, Gilbert Monsisais, Sergio Andrade, Jose Arias, Kayla Whalon and Krystle Henry; Middle Row- Taylor Luna, Juan Diaz, Matt Jones, Fatima Elizondo, Salvador Martinez, and Breanna Castillo; Bottom row- Mariah Salinas, Cecilia Castillo, Guillermo Banda, Sariah De Olveira, and Keithly Vite.
